Indoor pool 30° C
The dimensions of the pool are 5 × 15 meters, which is ideal for swimmers, water gymnasts and those who simply enjoy water pleasures.
Numerous massage jets are placed in there - don't forget to test these out for a pleasant water massage.
The water temperature in the large pool is around +30° C.

Finnish saunas 80° C
The sauna has played an important part in the lives of Estonians since ancient times and rightfully so - the health benefits are proved by the long term experience and science, both.
The temperature in the sauna rises to 80-90 degrees. The air in the Finnish sauna is hot and dry, but stepped stage allows you to regulate the enjoyment of different temperatures.
The right effect of the sauna is evident in the alternation of cold and hot phases - every sauna session should be followed by cooling with cold water or fresh air. Be sure to let your body cool down before going to the pool.

Cold water 10° C
The heat from the sauna and sudden cooling by cold water or snow have been together for centuries – this contrast strengthens the body’s susceptibility to diseases and gives you an extreme rush of hormones like endorphin.
Cold water banks are located near the Finnish saunas in the washing rooms.

Waterfall
Yes, that favourite part of all, young and old, spa visitors - the waterfall!
The falling water offers a massage effect for some, a joy to play for others and is just a pure meditative visual pleasure to look at.

Counter-current swimming device
If a 15-meter pool is too short for your swimming exercise regime, you are welcome to use the counter-current device, where you can swim kilometres, if you like!
The counter-current device also offers a good strong massage effect on your tense body parts.

Massage jets
What is a spa visit without a massage?
Discover the massage jets in the pool and a pleasant hydromassage experience is guaranteed!
